Resource Recovery UK: Powering Britain’s circular economy

Our members – Cory, Encyclis, enfinium, and Viridor – represent the majority of the sector. 

RRUK is an affiliate of the Environmental Services Association, advocating on behalf of the sector to promote EfW’s role in the pathway to green growth, net zero and a circular economy - one where materials are reused, repaired and recycled to their fullest potential and where the value of residual waste is maximised through resource recovery. ​

Our members are investing in advanced decarbonisation technologies, including Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technology, and leveraging waste as a resource for heat networks to provide their neighbours with affordable, low-carbon heat.
