Viridor celebrates achieving accreditation as "Great place to work"

Following the results of our regular engagement survey of employees in November of last year, Viridor has officially been accredited as a "Great Place to Work".

Employee engagement was identified early as a key ESG metric when developing our ESG strategy, and in our FY22 report we set ourselves the target of reaching Great place to work status by the end of FY24. 

Great Place to Work was selected as our partner as its survey measures both trust, and engagement. Trust and integrity are increasingly important for organisations and their employees and, given the scale of change that Viridor has experienced over the last couple of years, trust was identified as an important metric. 

Our people are what makes Viridor an exceptional workplace, and we are thrilled to be celebrating this achievement together.
